Community Guidelines
Last updated: October 12, 2026
MOSH is built for real human connection. These Community Guidelines explain what we expect from everyone on the platform — users, Support Guides, and hosts. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or permanent account termination.
Be respectful
- Treat others with kindness; no bullying, hate speech, or targeted harassment.
- Respect boundaries — if someone is not interested, stop contacting them.
- Do not pressure others for money, gifts, or off-platform payments outside approved flows.
Keep it safe & legal
- No content involving minors in a sexual or exploitative context — zero tolerance.
- No threats, violence, self-harm encouragement, or sharing of others' private information.
- No illegal goods, scams, or impersonation of MOSH staff or emergency services.
Authentic profiles
- Use a real photo and accurate basic profile information where required.
- Support Guides must complete verification and follow listener policies in the app.
- One person per account; do not create accounts to evade bans.
Chats, calls & live
- Do not record or redistribute conversations without consent where law requires permission.
- Report spam, nudity violations, or abusive language using in-app report tools.
- Live sessions must follow the same rules; hosts are responsible for room conduct.
Reporting & enforcement
Use Report and Block in chats or profiles. We review reports, including objectionable content reports, typically within 24 hours and may remove content or suspend offending accounts.
