These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MOSH mobile application, website, and related services (the "Service") operated by MOSH ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy and Community Guidelines.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering a binding contract. You represent that the information you provide during registration is accurate and that you will keep it up to date.

2. The Service

MOSH provides a platform for users to connect with Support Guides and other users through chat, audio/video calls, live features, and related tools. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time with reasonable notice where practicable.

MOSH is a wellness and social support product. It does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, therapy, or emergency services. If you are in danger or crisis, contact local emergency services immediately.

3. Accounts & security

You are responsible for activity on your account and for keeping your device secure.
OTP login is tied to your mobile number; do not share OTP codes with anyone.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable law.

4. User conduct

You agree not to:

Harass, threaten, exploit, or discriminate against others
Share illegal, sexually explicit with minors, or non-consensual intimate content
Impersonate others or misrepresent your identity or qualifications
Spam, scrape, reverse engineer, or interfere with the Service
Circumvent payments, wallet limits, or safety tools

5. Support Guides & hosts

Users who apply to become Support Guides or hosts must pass our review process and comply with additional policies communicated in the app. Earnings, withdrawals, and commissions are subject to in-app rules and applicable tax obligations.

6. Payments & wallet

In-app purchases and wallet top-ups are processed through third-party payment providers.
Prices, packages, and promotional offers may change; displayed prices at checkout apply.
Refunds are handled per our support policies and applicable consumer law.

7. Intellectual property

MOSH branding, software, and content we provide are owned by us or our licensors. You retain rights in content you submit, but grant us a license to host, display, and process it solely to operate the Service.

8. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION OR THE CONDUCT OF ANY USER OR SUPPORT GUIDE.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, MOSH AND ITS AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR INR 5,000, WHICHEVER IS GREATER, UNLESS LAW REQUIRES OTHERWISE.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and may delete your account. We may terminate or suspend access for violations, risk to users, or legal requirements.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your place of residence where applicable.
