Important

  • Account-related information may be retained for up to 30 days, then purged if there is no activity for 30 continuous days, as described in the app.
  • After deletion you cannot log in, recover chats, or restore your profile. Wallet balance and rewards may be forfeited per our Terms.

Delete in the app

Recommended — immediate processing when you confirm in-app.

  1. Install or open MOSH from Google Play and sign in with your registered mobile number.
  2. Open Profile (bottom navigation).
  3. Tap Account Settings.
  4. Tap Delete Account.
  5. Select a reason (required), read the warnings, and tap Delete Account to confirm.
  6. You will be signed out; deletion is processed on our servers.

Request by email

If you cannot access the app, send a deletion request from your registered email or include your registered mobile number so we can verify ownership.

  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request
  • State clearly that you want your MOSH account permanently deleted
  • Include your registered mobile number (with country code if applicable)

Data that is deleted or de-identified

When your account is deleted, we remove or anonymize personal data tied to your account, including:

  • Profile (name, photo, gender, language, city preferences)
  • Authentication credentials and session tokens
  • Chat history and voice notes associated with your user ID
  • Call and match metadata linked to your account
  • Wallet and in-app activity tied to your user ID (subject to legal retention for payments)

Data we may retain

We may keep limited records where required by law, fraud prevention, dispute resolution, or enforcement of our Community Guidelines. Payment partners may retain transaction records per their policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Before you delete

  • Use or withdraw wallet balance according to in-app rules.
  • Save any chats or information you need — recovery is not possible after deletion.
  • Cancel Google Play subscriptions separately if you purchased any outside MOSH coins.
